Information

  • The deadline for early bird registration is July 4th, the same day as the presentation application deadline (see Call for abstract).
  • The Banquet registration will open in early July and close on September 20th,2025.
  • The Online Registrationand credit card payment system will close on October 10th 2025. After that, only Onsite Registrationat the venue will be available (cash only).
  • Registration fee includes Program Book, access to all sessions, and Coffee service at the break.
  • Registration fee is non-refundable.
  • If you register as an online attendee, you may upgrade to an on-site attendee by paying the applicable registration fee difference (e.g., 30,000 JPY, after July 5).
  • If you apply for the student registration, a valid student card will be required during the registration process.
  • Registration for poster presentations is open until 19 July. After this date, only e-posters are acceptable.

Method of Payment

  • Online Payment (general): Payments must be made by a credit card. Please note that you will be redirected to the credit card payment system when you make your payment. You will be able to download your receipt. The payment is non-refundable.
  • Bank Transfer or Onsite Payment (exception): In case credit card payment is not possible, please contact us after online registration to arrange for bank transfer or onsite cash payment.

Call for abstract

The Scientific Organizing Committee invites colleagues to submit abstracts to be considered for presentation at the XRISM International Conference. All abstracts must be written in English and submitted through the registration site (ONLINE CONF). Please log in to the site through the link below and enter your abstract in the text field on the "Abstract Submission" page.

Deadline for Abstract Submission: July 4th, 2025

  • Notice: your presentation will be automatically cancelled if you do not pay the registration fee by the deadline of early-bird registration (July 4th).This policy was removed on June 27th, as per numerous requests from potential participants.
  • You can choose an oral presentation or a poster presentation. If you are not selected for oral presentations, you will be assigned to a poster presentation. The maximum number of poster presentations is two.
  • You can also submit an online poster presentation (e-poster) when you register as an online attendee. The instructions and website for uploading your poster will be prepared later.
