Poster Flash Talks

Abstructs and e-posters can be viewed on ONLINEconf.

Invited talks are allotted 25 minutes for the presentation followed by 5 minutes for Q&A. Contributed talks are allotted 12 minutes for the presentation followed by 3 minutes for Q&A.
Presenters are asked to use their own laptop and connect to the conference Zoom via the presenter-only Wi-Fi (separate from the network for general participants). A host PC will handle projection to the screen, so there is no need to connect via HDMI or VGA.
For backup purposes, presenters are also requested to upload their presentation to the Google Drive folder provided by the LOC well in advance of their session. If their own laptop fails, they may use the host PC to deliver their presentation.
Presenters of Poster Flash Talks are requested to use the host PC to ensure smooth transitions between presentations. Therefore, they must upload their files to the designated Google Drive folder by Monday evening (Oct 20).

Each poster board measures 90 cm wide by 210 cm high, large enough to accommodate an A0-size poster. Posters may be mounted between 5:00–7:00 PM on Sunday or anytime after 8:30 AM on Monday, and must be removed by the end of the lunch break on Friday. Any posters not removed by then will be discarded.
