Dear Suzaku2006 participants,

We are so happy that 399 people have finally made registration.
We thank you for your registration to Suzaku2006 very much.
The conference is going to be held from the next monday.
This is the final announcement.

1. Program, Abstract and List of Registered Participants
    The final programs and abstracts are now available at

2. Oral Presentations
    We will have a LCD projector so that you can bring a laptop
    computer and make your presentation with it. Please keep note that
    we don't plan to have an overhead projector for presentation.

3. Poster Presentations
    The space available for a poster is 90cm(wide) x 240cm(height).
    We will prepare thumbtacks.

4. Confirmation of your Hotel Reservation
    We suggest you to confirm your hotel reservation, again.

5. Participants who made hotel reservation through the JTB web. site
  a. Please confirm that you have surely received a confirmation
     e-mail or fax from the JTB company.
  b. If you would find no confirmation, please contact JTB ASAP;

6. Banquet fee
    We change the banquet fee from 6,000 to 5,000 Japanese yen.
